Hi Kevin!

I just wanted to tell you that Ralph and I are very happy with the way our home is turning out and are glad that we chose you as our builder. We met with Billie yesterday and were very pleased with the selection she put together for us including the paint and stain. And, need less to say, we have enjoyed working with all the people that you have referred to us – the shutter guy, the landscaper, the T.V. people, the appliance people, etc.

We are so looking forward to moving in and having you and your family over for some fajitas.
